"Full Moon" sound bowl. This type of sound bowl is traditionally handmade in Nepal during the energy of the full moon.
These singing bowls are made from an alloy of seven or more metals, each symbolizing a planet.
The singing bowls are intended for sound therapy, meditation, and chakra balancing, and it is believed that they contain healing vibrations.
On the scale, there is often a symbol engraved that symbolizes the connection with moon energy, and sometimes also the mantra 'Om Mani Padme Hum'.
