Chanel - double flap bag - Shoulder bag

Chanel black vintage double flap bag, timeless classic, with box, authenticity certificate, and dustbag.

Preloved timeless classic vintage CHANEL double flap bag for sale, made of lamb leather, with box, authenticity certificate from Realauthentication, and dustbag (the dustbag is not officially included but is, of course, authentic!).

She has a double chain, so it can be worn in two ways. It cannot be worn crossbody. It is a 24 karat gold-plated necklace with clasps.

Inside: burgundy leather, 2 large compartments, 3 small pockets, a zip pocket, and an extra pocket behind the flap.

Authenticity code: none, the bag is from the early 1980s, made in France (with an authenticity certificate from Real Authentication).

Dimensions (inches): L 10.6 x H 7.5 x D 2.8 – shoulder chain drop: 9.8 (double) and 13.8 (single).
Dimensions (cm): L 27.0 x H 19.0 x D 7.0 - shoulder chain drop: 25.0 (double) and 35.0 (single).

The bag has been painted; most of the paint has been removed, but some remains on the sides and bottom. As a result, cracks have developed on the side, and the leather has some spots here and there.
There are two leather repairs on the sides and some other damages overall (see the red circles), see photos.

The interior is in neat vintage condition, the chain has some discoloration, there is a bit of movement in the CC clasp, but it works perfectly. This can probably be fixed, but I left it as is for now.

Because the bag has been painted, it can be sold at a lower price; normally, you would pay more than €4,000 for a similar vintage Chanel bag.

It remains, of course, a beautiful CHANEL bag. This could be a chance to acquire an authentic CHANEL bag at a great price.
