Very elegant coat rack from the interwar period, executed with a chromed tube frame on an oak backplate. The combination of clean lines, functional form, and refined materials clearly places this object within the Art Deco period with visible Bauhaus influences.

This type of coat rack was used in homes, offices, and waiting rooms in the 1920s–1930s. The design focuses on ease of use and appearance. No unnecessary decoration. Instead, it emphasizes balance, rhythm, and quality.
