This tea bowl has a light, spacious presence, with a form that opens gently outward and rests on a small, clearly defined foot. The proportions feel relaxed and natural, as if the maker allowed the clay to find its own balance on the wheel rather than forcing strict symmetry. It has a soft, almost understated elegance.
The surface is covered in a pale, sandy glaze that ranges from creamy beige to faint peach and blush tones. These soft patches of color seem to float across the bowl, as though created by the flame and ash during firing rather than painted on.
