This is a rare early printing of J.R.R. Tolkien’s; “The Silmarillion". The stories intertwine with Tolkien's most famous works; "The Lord Of The Rings" and "The Hobbit", and this title has become one of his most loved and collectable. This copy has been very lightly read and it remains in Very Good condition. It displays very nicely on a shelf and would make an excellent addition to any decorative library or private collection.

- Maroon coloured, cloth Boards & Spine
- Boards and Spine are clean, bright and straight
- Bindings and Hinges are secure - lightly read
- All pages are straight and clean
- Page edges show some tanning and foxing
- Dust jacket is bright and clean - some general wear, particularly to the edges
- Previous owner's bookplate to the Front Free Endpaper
