This is a CROSS "Medalist" ballpoint pen, mechanical pencil, and two refills. It seems there was one more item included, but I lost it. I received these as a gift, but I've never had a chance to use them, so I'm selling them. I've only used them twice to test them out, and I don't remember using them much. They've been stored at home for a long time, but the pen still produces ink normally. The mechanical pencil is also in good working order. I had this pen at home, and I'm not sure if it was purchased in the US or a souvenir, but I think it was from the Showa or Heisei era. The CROSS letters are stamped with "MADE IN USA." It's still in its box (stored), and there are no scratches or stains on the pen itself, but there are some scratches and stains on the box and inner box. I don't know how to open the refill, and I'm not sure what the refill is like, but it's in near-new condition, so it's in excellent condition.
