Rare early edition of the Latin elegies of Fausto Andrelini, Italian poet and humanist active in the late 15th and early 16th centuries, who died in Paris in 1518. Andrelini corresponded with Erasmus, who praised him on several occasions.

The title page features a succinct title and a large woodcut bearing the printer’s device. At the foot of the title appears the inscription “Venuntur in Vico Sancti Iacobi in inter signo diui Martini.” The volume lacks a colophon, with no place of printing or date stated. All initials rubricated in yellow.
