12 bouteilles de Chateau BLANQUINE 2014 en Bergerac. 

Un château construit sur les ruines d'un prieuré bénédictin et une vaste propriété de 200 ha où la vigne côtoie pruniers, cultures, bois et étangs. Racheté en 2001 par Eugen Shvidler, homme d'affaires américain d'origine russe, le domaine est devenu en quelques années une valeur sûre du Bergeracois.

La robe est grenat avec une légère évolution.
Des arômes épicés comme le clou de girofle sont combinés à des notes fumées de tabac blond. La bouche est délicate, offrant des expressions tourbées, sur une tension soyeuse, salivante et avec des tanins fins.
