Description from the seller

These glasses are a set of elegant and vibrant Hock wine glasses in cut-to-clear crystal, originally produced by Hortensja (also known as Hortensia) in Poland, often attributed to the Bohemian style. Dating back to the 1960s and 1970s, these glasses combine glassmaking tradition with an eye-catching, colorful design.

Each glass features a colored crystal bowl – in this case, emerald green and cobalt blue – that has been masterfully cut by hand to reveal the underlying transparent crystal. The carved motifs include classic designs of grapes, leaves, crossed cuts, and fans.

The stem is faceted and features a beautifully cut spherical node where it joins the cup, adding an extra touch of complexity and elegance to the design.
Made from high-quality lead crystal, these glasses are known for their transparency, durability, and acoustic resonance.

The elongated shape and long stem are typical of 'Hock' glasses, traditionally used for serving German sweet white wines, although today they are appreciated for their versatility and beauty.
These vintage pieces are not only functional for enjoying good wine, but they are also magnificent decorative objects that can add a touch of luxury and refinement to any collection or table.
