Tumi, geheel vervaardigd van massief 14 karaats goud met gouden ketting, 53 cm lang en bijbehorend doosje. Op de onderkant zijn twee keurmerken te zien. INO en het eikenblad, beiden keurmerken voor 14 karaats goud (zie foto). Gehalte 585. 
Het sieraad is in onbeschadigde staat. 

Hoe bijzonder is het om dit sieraad aan een geliefd persoon te geven, de achtergrond kennende van dit  mooie sieraad.  

Beschermheer van gezondheid en geneeskunde. Volgens het oude geloof was Inca de aardse vorst, maar ook een zoon van de zonnegod, die in staat was goddelijke krachten naar de aarde toe te trekken. Een Tumi is de beeltenis van de vorst Naymlap, volgens de legende vereerd als beschermheer van gezondheid en geneeskunde. 
Door het schenken van een tumi kon een gemeenschappelijke kracht ontstaan die tegenspoed en ziekte kon weerstaan. Daarom werd een Tumi bij voorkeur aan een uitverkorene geschonken, aan een dierbare vriend of geliefde.
