Description from the seller
This elegant Meissen porcelain tray with handles is a fine example of the manufactory’s outstanding craftsmanship from the late 19th century (circa 1880–1900).
The tray is richly decorated with elaborate gilt relief ornamentation, inspired by Rococo forms, and features a finely hand-painted polychrome floral bouquet at the centre. The deep relief modelling, combined with the warm, well-balanced gilding, gives the piece a particularly refined and luxurious appearance.
Such trays were produced as prestigious presentation or serving pieces and were intended to display the highest level of porcelain artistry. The quality of the porcelain body, the precision of the relief work and the exceptional state of preservation clearly reflect the standards of the renowned Meissen.

No chips, no cracks, no restorations.
The gilding and painting are exceptionally well preserved.
Approximate measurements:
Length (including handles) approx. 42–45 cm,
