Description from the seller

First original print from the 1960s by the Bologna-born artist. The image shows a poster based on a work by Leonardo Cremonini, titled Contre les sens interdits (Contro i sensi vietati). It is an original edition, produced during the May ’68 events in France.
Cremonini's style stands out for the inclusion of architectural elements, such as outdoor baths and terraces overlooking the sea, and for a particular use of light and color. His painting has often been described as an investigation into human perception, blending real and imagined elements.
Cremonini studied at the Academy of Fine Arts of Bologna and later at the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera in Milan. His artistic career developed mainly between Italy and France. His works are exhibited in major art collections worldwide, including the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York, the Centre Pompidou in Paris, and the Uffizi Gallery in Florence.
