Description from the seller

Superb crystal-stemmed coupe, Val Saint Lambert

Elegant footed bowl made of clear crystal, characteristic of Val Saint Lambert productions from the mid-20th century. The bowl features a richly worked decoration combining stylized teardrop motifs, pointed accents, and finely molded geometric reliefs, offering remarkable plays of light.

The slender base, adorned with a star-and-facet pattern, adds balance and elegance to the piece, in a spirit that is both decorative and utilitarian, typical of the 1950s–1960s.

A representative piece of Val Saint Lambert's glassmaking expertise, combining the precision of molding, the clarity of crystal, and harmonious proportions. Although unsigned, its style, quality of execution, and decoration allow a secure attribution to the Belgian manufactory.

Weight: 916 g
Origin: Val Saint Lambert, Belgium
