Baptism - Silver / Turquoise - 1850-1900 - Hand-painted medallion

Ancient 19th-century religious medal, made of silver and adorned with a trio of turquoise stones.
The image of the Madonna is hand-painted, and the outer glass is its original glass. I can’t tell, though the image could also have been painted in reverse directly onto the glass.
The weight is 86.5 g.
This kind of object was given to the baby for the baptism and then hung on the crib, on the wall, or used as a photo frame.
In my opinion, it appears to be in excellent condition for its type and era; the only drawback is the white halos, which are mainly visible at the base.

There are no punch marks, so it was gently tested with the reagent at two barely visible spots on the back, softly removing the outer layer with a file; it is solid silver and not just plated.
