Fürstenberg - Coffee service (39) - Porcelain - Empire Melos Lorbeer

Signature espresso service by Fürstenberg (est. 1747). The “Empire” model is a re‑edition of an early‑19th‑century shape: a slender, trumpet‑flared (conical) cup that opens gently towards the rim, paired with a deep well saucer (trembleuse‑style) for stability and clean serving. Melos Lorbeer (No. 02056) décor features the laurel wreath with rich 24‑karat gilding on rims, handles and feet. Ergonomic handles keep fingers away from the hot wall — even very hot coffee won’t burn your hand. The deep saucer seats the cup securely and catches drips. 24k gilding is generous and crisp; shine is as new. Condition: cabinet‑kept / as new — unused, from a Swiss household display. No wear to the gilt, no chips, no cracks. Full set (rare for espresso, 39 pcs): - 12 trios: espresso cup (80 ml) + deep saucer + dessert plate, - Coffee pot, - Milk/cream jug, - Covered sugar bowl Marks / attribution: underglaze blue F under crown + FÜRSTENBERG WEST‑GERMANY; décor No. 02056 (Melos Lorbeer). Production approx. 1950s – early 1960s. Shipping: - Switzerland: FREE shipping - EU countries: FREE shipping, shipped from Austria (EU) — no customs clearance or delays, tracked & insured. - UK & Norway: €50, tracked & insured. Import VAT/duties/handling fees are payable by the buyer according to local rules. Packing: professional double‑boxed packaging
