Description from the seller
Champagne coupes in crystal by Baccarat or Saint-Louis – Richelieu model listed in the 1911 catalog – reference 8470, with a decoration on the bottom of the cup: a frieze of pyramidal hollow-cut cells.
This work is entirely handmade, hence a few imperfections.
Two models - four with a baluster leg and two with straight legs.
The Baccarat crystal works, or the St Louis one, have existed since the 18th century - recognized worldwide for their excellence. before 1936 - these two manufacturers produced the same models and the same catalog without any distinctive sign - starting in 1936 - each produced its own models, its own catalog, and marked its production with a hallmark.
These two manufactories have, over the years, managed to pass on their ancestral knowledge.
4 baluster foot caps - height 10.4 cm to 10.5 cm - bore diameter 9.5 cm - foot diameter 7.2 cm to 7.3 cm.
2 straight-stemmed coupe glasses - height 10.5 cm - rim diameter 9.2 cm - base diameter 7.2 cm.
for a total weight, excluding packaging, of 1.2 kg.
