Japan export EADES eggshell porcelain set by EADES, dating to the 1940s–1950s, comprising 1 sugar pot, 12 large plates, 3 small plates, 2 small saucers, 1 large bowl, 2 three-piece covered butter domes, 6 egg cups and 1 cup, with the EADES mark on the underside and overall good condition with signs of use (sugar pot lid damaged, some items with minor wear or chips).

Beautiful, delicate Japanese EADES eggshell porcelain consisting of one sugar pot, fifteen plates, five bowls, six egg cups, and one cup.
The mark "EADES" on the bottom of your porcelain plate identifies it as a piece of Japanese egg-shell porcelain, produced for the export market, most likely during the Yokohama export period.
Time period: The pieces were almost certainly produced in the, or possibly slightly later in the middle of the 20th century. Early Showa period (1926-1945)

12 large plates. H. 2 x Ø 18 cm (with light signs of wear)
3 small plates. H. 2 cm, Ø 13 cm (with a couple of chips and hairlines)

1 large bowl. H. 6 x W. 26.5 x D. 20 cm (Good condition)
