Sasanian silver finger ring with an octagonal niello-decorated bezel depicting a deer looking to the right, internal diameter 19 mm (UK size P/Q, US 8), weight 12.2 g, from the 6th century AD, excellently preserved though overcleaned, acquired in 2024 from Artemisson gallery and from a British private collection since 2001.
