Chinese white hard-stone dragon head bangle –China- early 21the Century
On offer is a thick and heavy semi-translucent pale natural hard-stone bangle or bracelet with a semi-translucent appearance. It has carvings of 2 dragonhead together holding a pearl. Has been tested as undefined hardstone, probably quartz-Crystal with high hardness, according to our Gem-tester. Provenance: Obtained in China.
Has been identified as hard-stone by measuring thermal conductivity and hardness and translucency. Also checked with UV light; which indicates a natural color, although the color purple indicates that this bangle is not made of jade. Provenance: This jade comes from inland China. Still an interesting piece possible suitable as an addition to your high-end collection or to present as a gift! Please see test results and pictures.
