Chinese gold-plated silver bracelet with jade beads –China- 21th Century
On offer is a very fine bracelet with fine shaped jade beads in round and cylindrical shapes, connected by gold-plated silver settings. In the center, there is a pendant made of an undefined hard stone, possible pearlescent. The bracelet is marked as gold-plated 925/1000 silver (please see quality mark 925), both at the end of the bracelet and on the clasp, see photos. The grey-white beads are made of nephrite jade. Very suitable to present as a gift!
The separate stones have been identified as nephrite jade by measuring thermal conductivity and hardness and translucency. Also checked with UV light; which indicates a natural color. Provenance: This bracelet comes from inland China. a good quality jewel, valuable and rare, very suitable to present as a gift! Please see test results and pictures.
