About the artist :

This Icelandic road is a memory.
It's the one I used to explore when I was younger, when I wanted to go fast, see far, and become someone.
Today, through this series, I understand that at 70 years old — like the man I depict in my works — we do not age... we become more defined.
Every age has its strength, every age has its truth.
I understood that the essential was not youth, but alignment with oneself.
This road is mine.
It is that of all those who move forward, slowly but surely, towards their own vision.
