Lumière Ludax camera for 120/220 film, dating from 1900–2000, in good physical condition and tested and functioning.
Description from the seller
The Ludax Lumière is an antique camera produced at the beginning of the 20th century, linked to the Lumière name, pioneers of photography and cinema. It is a rigid or bellows-folding camera (depending on the version), built with period materials and intended for the advanced amateur or professional market of the early 1900s.
These cameras can use large-format plates or film in the older versions, or medium-format film in the later versions. The optics are often of good quality for the era, with relatively long focal-length lenses and diaphragms suited to the sensitivity of the emulsions of that time.
Tendency to open slightly to the right
The construction is generally robust, with manual shutter mechanisms, bellows focusing, and components in metal and wood or metal and leather.
