Beautiful heavy (12.9 g) silver 1920s–1930s Art Deco men's signet ring with a cut carnelian. Ring size: 18.2 mm. Marked: 835. N.B. Carnelian, also known as cornelian, is associated with vitality, courage, creativity and life force. In ancient Egypt it was seen as a healing and protective stone, even associated with the goddess Isis. Carnelian would help in overcoming fear, promoting assertiveness and increasing self-confidence.
