Description from the seller
Wine rack in a modern Op Art style from the 1970s, made of polished steel with round rubber handles at the bottle necks.
Sleek, futuristic, floating design with a wine bottle holder made of polished steel with rubber grips at the bottle neck. An innovative design that defies gravity.
Op Art (Optical Art) is an abstract art movement from the 1960s that uses optical illusions to give the viewer a sense of movement, vibration, or distortion, often with geometric patterns, strong contrasts (such as black-and-white), and repetitive forms, resulting in fascinating and disorienting visual effects.
Wine bottle holders are in vintage condition, see photos.
Slight patina at the transition from the base plate to the holders.
