Up for auction is a beautifully engineered Zeiss Ikon Contessa LK, a high-end 35mm viewfinder camera produced in West Germany during the 1960s. The Contessa line was famous for combining compact elegance with the superior optical performance Zeiss Ikon was known for.
This model features a built-in selenium light meter (coupled to the settings) and is equipped with the world-renowned Carl Zeiss Tessar 50mm f/2.8 lens. Known as the "Eagle Eye," the Tessar design provides exceptional sharpness and contrast. The camera also comes with its original rubber lens hood.
