This unique light object "Nexus" was designed in a Berlin design studio and 3D-printed using a computational process.
The pendant lamp "Nexus" consists of a matte white biopolymer based on corn starch and is biodegradable / environmentally friendly according to DIN EN ISO 14588. The material is sturdy, waterproof, and easy to clean.
The design casts a shadow from bottom to top, creating a play of colors (see images).
The height of the lamp (without the socket) is 240 mm. The cable length is about 1 m and can be adjusted to your desired height.
The delivery of the lamp includes an E27 socket, a cable, and an energy-efficient LED. Each 3-D print has a necessary, fine, and visible seam that holds the object together.
Shipping is insured and with a tracking number.
