Description from the seller

This Japanese doll is called 'Kokechi.' It was crafted by the famous 'Usaburo.' It features a beautiful chignon hairstyle. It is decorated with a 'sakura' (cherry blossom) pattern, which is typical of Japan. They are most often made from maple, cherry, pear, or another type of maple wood.

This one is really large; it measures 300mm in height, and its head has a diameter of 110mm. It is hand-painted. It is a vintage doll that likely dates from the 1980s. It is in perfect condition. The signature is authentic.
