The colors of the South, the light of the sea, and the energy of nature flow through the work of Ferdinando Lignano, a self-taught painter and sculptor born in Posillipo in 1945. His exploration, free from academic conventions, expresses itself through a thick, textural painting, developed also thanks to the use of the spatula, which makes color and form vehicles for vivid emotions.
