Casper Faassen (1975–) Varkentje 3, a signed, framed silkscreen in a limited edition of 25/50, 52 × 56 cm including the frame, with an unframed size of 28 × 33 cm, produced in the Netherlands in 2000–2010 and sold by Galerie.
Description from the seller
Casper Faassen (1975–) is a contemporary Dutch artist who lives and works in Leiden. His work moves between painting and photography, blending classical visual language with modern techniques. Central themes in his body of work are transience, beauty, and the tension between appearing and disappearing.
This work, however, reveals a playful, graphic side of Faassen. Against an intensely red background, a pig stands with a cheerful, almost human expression.
Dimensions (including frame): 52 × 56 cm
Dimensions (without frame): 28 × 33 cm
Viewing is, of course, possible. Additionally, we have our own in-house framing workshop, which is celebrating its 85th anniversary. Furthermore, we collaborate with restorers from the professional organization: 'Restauratoren Nederland'. If you wish to make use of this service, we would of course be happy to hear from you.
