Large lot of 17 vintage metal chocolate molds (several 2-piece) – including Easter eggs, chickens, a clock & shoes – (including) Vorwerk–Meyer Tilburg, NL
Short summary
Batch of 17 original metal chocolate molds for casting hollow chocolate figures, with various classic motifs. Including, among others, a large Easter egg (23 cm), a hen (18 cm), and a clock (13 cm). Several molds marked, among others, Vorwerk–Meyer, Tilburg (Holland). Dating: mid-20th century (c. 1930–1960).

Description
A very fine and decorative collection of professional chocolate molds (confectioner/bakery). These are traditional metal molds with flanges and rivets, used to create hollow figures (Easter and seasonal figures). Beautiful reliefs and various sizes.
On (some of) the forms there are stamps/markings and model/catalog numbers (e.g. number 15375). Origin, among others: Tilburg, Netherlands (Vorwerk–Meyer).
