The three pillars of this Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru come from three renowned Grand Cru Champagne vineyards: Avize, Oger, and Chouilly. Avize is a rich cru that brings strength. Oger offers tenderness, and Chouilly lends refined elegance and finesse. These Crus, with their limestone soils, naturally exhibit iodine notes and citrus aromas. The blend is balanced thanks to the distinctive contribution of Chardonnay from Villers-Marmery, a highly mineral Cru with smoky notes that adds roundness and lightness. The Crus of Vaudemange and Trépail complete the blend.
