The Denon AVR-1912 is a 7.1-channel AV receiver that marked a clear step forward in network functionality and streaming. This model, launched in 2011, was a direct successor to the 1911 and introduced AirPlay support and DLNA 1.5 compatibility, making streaming music from Apple devices and network storage straightforward. Like its predecessor, it offered a powerful, detailed sound reproduction and support for all major HD audio formats. With six HDMI inputs and Audyssey MultEQ for advanced room calibration, the 1912 provided an excellent, modern experience for its time, with connectivity playing a central role.
