Waterman - Doctor - Fountain pen

We present a beautiful and rare Waterman's Doctor's Set writing lot from the era, which typically included a fountain pen, a mechanical pencil, and a thermometer or medical instrument; in this case, a third writing piece. The pieces feature an attractive creamy mother-of-pearl finish (possibly the color "Pearl Grey" or similar, which has yellowed with time) and silver-tone details.
The main fountain pen features a solid 14-karat gold nib engraved with the inscription WATERMAN IDEAL 14KT.
