An elegant sewing table, designed by Johannes Andersen and manufactured by CFC Silkeborg in Denmark around 1960. The piece of furniture is made from high-quality tropical hardwood and stands out for its excellent craftsmanship, the fine eye for detail, and the harmonious, typically Scandinavian forms and surfaces. The warm brown coloration emphasizes the timeless character of the design.
Under the tabletop there is a generous drawer block with plenty of storage space, as well as a pull-out wicker basket for storing wool, fabrics, or sewing notions. Additionally, the table features a pull-out flap that allows the work surface to be conveniently extended when needed.
