Description from the seller
Philips – 22RH752/00 – HiFi stereo radio / amplifier in original packaging.
Iconic Philips hi‑fi stereo radio/amp combo, bought in 1976 and still owned by the original owner.
The amplifier delivers an output power of 2×30 W (sine-wave power) or 2×44 W (music power) into 4 Ω speakers.
Slide potentiometers for volume, balance, bass, midrange (presence) and treble. Switches for CONTOUR and MONO.
Switched inputs for pickup (PU), auxiliary (AUX), tape deck or cassette recorder (TAPE) and (stereo) microphone (MICR). Switched outputs (SYST I, SYST II) for two sets of speakers (4–8 ohms) and headphones (8–600 ohms). Stereo-4 playback (left and right both front and rear) is activated by turning on both switches SYST I and SYST II.
The AM / FM radio has inputs for an AM antenna and an FM dipole antenna. A ferrite antenna is built in. The AM receiver can be tuned to long wave (LW), medium wave (MW) or short wave (SW). The FM radio can be tuned manually (MANUAL), via five preset buttons / potentiometers (FM1 – FM5) or electronically (EL. TUNING) using four tip buttons ( and >>). Switches for Automatic Frequency Control (AFC) and for silent tuning (silent tuning ST) are present.
Two illuminated moving-coil VU meters show the set FM frequency (87.5 – 104 MHz) and the FM signal strength (arbitrary 0 – 5). The tuning scale for LW, MW, SW, FM is illuminated. Three indicators show whether the amplifier is on (POWER), whether it is a STEREO FM transmitter, and whether the FM tuning is via ELECTRONIC TUNING.
The radio and amplifier are working / functional.
The user manual and the schematics are included, as well as an antenna splitter for 75-ohm coaxial connection to FM or AM antenna input.
The amplifier is shipped in its original packaging box from 1976.
Dimensions of the box are 73 cm * 44 cm * 20 cm.
