Japanese Arita porcelain plate with an Uzu-Fuku mark dating to the late Edo period (c. 1750–1868), in Imari design with a plum tree motif and gold embellishments, 25 cm in diameter and 4 cm high, in excellent condition with no damage and only age-related wear.

Origin and age
Japanese Arita porcelain with a flowing Uzu-Fuku mark, dated to the middle to late Edo period (ca. 1750–1868).
Design:
Imari design, 25 cm in diameter, with a plum tree—or branch—motif and gold embellishments.
state
Very good condition, no damage, only age-related signs of wear.
Underside wear on the ring from long use; the bottom of the ring feels uneven; burn scar
Plate surface: utensil scratches visible when viewed against the light. These 'flaws' are not damages but normal age-related signs of wear, as well as indicators of hand craftsmanship and great age. Industrially produced pieces were only made from the Meiji era, 1868–1912.
