The Denon AVR-2700 is a mid-1990s A/V receiver (circa 1995-1996) that at the time offered an impressive feature set, aimed at both home cinema and serious stereo music. It was one of the first receivers equipped with Dolby Digital (AC-3) decoding, alongside Dolby Pro Logic. Denon was known at the time for its robust power transformers and discrete amplifier construction, resulting in a powerful and dynamic sound. This model features plenty of analog and digital inputs to connect many of your other devices and is a capable, versatile powerhouse.
