Description from the seller

Wasserbillig collectible spoon, a very popular item in Europe during the 20th century for marking visits to specific cities.
The inscription on the base of the shield clearly says WASSERBILLIG.
Location: It is a locality in eastern Luxembourg, located at the confluence of the Moselle and Sauer rivers, right on the border with Germany.
The shield shows the rampant lion, which is Luxembourg's national symbol. The crown above the shield reinforces its connection to the Grand Duchy. Silver 830, very common in its era.
