Harrington Mann (7 October 1864 – 28 February 1937) was a Scottish portraitist and a member of the Glasgow Boys movement in the 1880s.

Mann was born in Glasgow and began his studies at the Glasgow School of Art. He then studied at London's Slade School of Fine Art under the direction of Professor Alphonse Legros. He then studied in Paris under the direction of the figurative painters Gustave Boulanger and Jules-Joseph Lefebvre at the Académie Julian.

Mann's early paintings, dating from the 1880s, mainly depict Yorkshire fishing communities. He begins to make a name for himself in the field of portraiture in the 1890s.

He is successful with his portraits of high society, especially those of children, including members of the British royal family.

Her work was influenced by James McNeill Whistler and John Singer Sargent.
