Bose 901 series 2 Bose Direct/Reflecting Speaker System
For enthusiasts of the Bose Direct/Reflecting Speaker System, a beautiful classic set of the Bose 901 Series 2.
The speakers are in particularly good condition.
The set is, aside from a few small and practical adjustments I made, in completely original condition.
Adjustment 1:
To assess the quality of the speakers and to show this in images, the fronts have been stripped of the staples placed by Bose.
What I previously did to Bose speakers from the 901 series was to attach Velcro to the front panels. Also known as hook-and-loop or Velcro.
This way you can easily remove the fronts if you want to have them covered with a different upholstery yourself.
Adjustment 2:
Because most Bose equalizers do not have an on/off switch, I have also equipped this with a small LED-illuminated push switch. This way you can easily turn off the equalizer if your amplifier does not have a switched mains outlet.
The enclosures of the 901 speakers have been thoroughly cleaned and, just as Bose did, re-oiled with wood oil.
A copy of the manual is included, which can also be found online on Bose's website.
I have created reinforced packaging material specifically for these speakers, which you can see in one of the images.
Open package:
To open the packaging, you can use a small knife to cut along the red dotted line on the packaging and tape. Damaging the contents is not possible in this way.
Lift the gray hardboard sheet and remove the speaker.
The stands visible in the photos are not part of this offer.
