Ceramic statue circa 1900, hand-painted, depicting a saint, Saint Eulalie.
It is in perfect condition; a red wooden base was added afterwards to the ceramic itself.
Beautiful height of 27 cm.
Vivid colors without any flaw. The realism of the face and hands is breathtaking.
The eyes seem to be sulfuric, but I'm not sure—it's incredible how realistic they look, as if they are alive and watching us.
