Gossen Sixtronet exposimeter, physically good and tested and working, designed for incident flash measurement with a scale from f/2 to f/90 and ISO 25–400, powered by a 9V alkaline battery and supplied with its original rigid case.
Description from the seller
For sale: Gossen Sixtronet, a vintage electronic exposure meter introduced in 1974. It is a model dedicated to measuring flash light (incident), the successor to the Sixtron Electronic.
Unlike the classic Gossen meters with a circular calculator dial, the Sixtronet has a more minimalist design: the aperture reading (from f/2 to f/90) is read directly on the main scale via a movable needle, after setting the ISO sensitivity (25-400). It is designed to measure single flashes (not ambient continuous light for exposure, although the manual might suggest limited use, its nature is a flash meter). Powered by a 9V alkaline battery (transistor type, still readily available), an advantage over models that require the now-obsolete mercury batteries. It comes with its original rigid Gossen case. An interesting piece for collectors or for those experimenting with vintage studio flash.
