Description

Caesar presents a scene of clear classical resonance, a central figure elevated, almost divinized, crowned with laurel, supported by two figures who seem to struggle between devotion and betrayal. The vertical composition reinforces the idea of power and vulnerability at the same time, while the red cloth, symbol of authority, blood, and fate, falls like an inevitable omen. The expressive brushwork and the color-laden atmosphere turn the historical episode into a timeless meditation on power, the fall, and the fragility of the hero.

Biography

Cosmin Marian Guta (1994) studied at the Academy of Fine Arts of Rome until 2020, graduating with top honors. He completed an Erasmus program in Barcelona (EASD LLOTJA) and an 8-month internship at an art gallery (RocíoSantaCruz).
