Chinese gold-plated silver bracelet with jade butterfly –China- 21th Century
On offer is a very fine bracelet with fine shaped green jade butterfly and 3 zirconia’s. The bracelet is marked as gold-plated 925/1000 sterling silver (please see quality mark 925), both at the end of the bracelet and on the clasp, see photos. The green butterfly wings are made of nephrite jade. The body of the butterfly is formed by 2 x 0,1 ct zirconia stones. The jade has been certified by Zhongke Jian testing center (unit of NGTC, China national gemstone testing center, see photo). Unfortunately, this certificate belonged to a necklace with the same design and is therefore not available for delivery. a Charming and delicate bracelet, very suitable to present as a gift!
The 2 separate stones have been identified as jade by measuring thermal conductivity and hardness and translucency. Also checked with UV light; which indicates a natural color. Please see test results and pictures.
