External case: body in highly polished duralumin, covered with authentic Moroccan leather. The metal parts are chrome-plated.
FILM CAPACITY: 100 feet (30 m), 50 feet (15 m), and 25 feet daylight-loading 8 mm film spools for double-run operation. When a roll passes through the camera, only half the film width is exposed. The spool is then reversed and run again, exposing the other half. When developed, the film is cut and spliced together, giving twice the amount for projection.
MINACCIA: Automatic threading and ring formation. The end of the film is simply placed in a channel that leads to the feed gear. The version is pressed, and the film is then automatically threaded throughout the entire mechanism.
Engine: Constant speed, spring motor mechanism; controlled by the governor. The large winding handle folds down and attaches to the camera when not in use. The spring cannot be too damaged. An 8:1 external drive shaft allows attachment of an electric motor.
