Bolzan - Fimemateria - Side table - Into the circle - Earthenware

In girum is the nomad terracotta side table signed by Finemateria and produced by the workshop of the historic ceramic district in Nove, in the province of Vicenza. Produced in a limited edition of forty-five pieces, In girum is the legacy in the form of furniture of the investigation conducted by the Milanese duo comprising Gianluca Sigismondi and Stefano Bassan.
Between 2022 and 2023, around the bed, understood as a political and artistic platform, an extension of the self and a space for performance.
The outcome of that investigation, told in the second issue of the magazine In Itinere, published by Bolzan, is the installation Bedtime Stories. In girum iumus nocte, for which Finemateria commissioned Vicentine artisans, famous worldwide for clay work in a mold with manual finishing. In girum bears the title of the installation from which it originates and it is a versatile piece of furniture, perfect as a bedside table or side table, ideal for the living room as well as for the sleeping area.
