Design & Details:
Decoration: Both sides are decorated with deep, crisp foliate engravings. The front features a "vacant cartouche" (shield), allowing for a future owner to add their own initials if desired.
Construction: Equipped with a secure suspension loop for attachment to an Albert watch chain. The lid remains tight with a good snap, and the striker plate on the base is in excellent condition.

Condition Report:
The item is in very good antique condition. The hallmarks are exceptionally clear and crisp. There are no major dents or repairs; only light surface wear and a natural patina consistent with its 124-year age.
