This vintage is born in Épernay, the historic capital of Champagne. At the crossroads of the Marne Valley, the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, EPC finds an exceptional terroir, marked by multiple exposures and soils combining chalk, limestone and clay. An ideal environment to offer harmonious maturity to the three Champagne grape varieties (Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir) and reveal all their riches. ○ To the eye: beautiful golden color, with fine and persistent bubbles ○ On the nose: expressive bouquet with aromas of white fruits such as pear and apple, combined with floral notes and a touch of brioche ○ In the mouth: lively and fresh attack, followed by a beautiful roundness. White-fleshed fruits intermingle with nuances of citrus and a touch of minerality.
