Description from the seller
Official Technical Drawing of the Lamborghini Miura P400.
It will be shipped via international insured UPS courier.
The Lamborghini Miura P400, unveiled at the 1966 Geneva Motor Show, is universally recognized as the first true supercar in history. Designed by a team of young talents such as Gian Paolo Dallara and Paolo Stanzani, its immortal line owes to the genius of Marcello Gandini for Bertone’s bodywork.
Main Features
Engine: 3.9-liter V12 mounted in a transverse mid-engine position, a revolutionary technical solution for the era.
Performance: It delivered 350 HP, allowing a stated top speed of 280 km/h and 0-100 km/h in about 6.7 seconds.
Design: Famous for the iconic "eyelashes" on the retractable front headlights and for its height of only 105 cm.
Production: Between 1966 and 1969 only 275 examples were produced.
Evolution and Value
The original P400 model was followed by the S (370 HP) and SV (385 HP) versions, the latter lacking the famous eyelashes on the headlights. Today, a Miura P400 is an extremely valuable collectible: data from Classic.com indicate an average value of around 1.7 million dollars, with peaks exceeding 2.3 million for exceptionally pristine examples.
