Handcrafted kitchen cutting board in solid wood, composed of 221 pieces from 11 precious woods: oak, walnut, padauk, larch, purpleheart, tigerwood, linden, cedar, ebony, ipe, and sandalwood.
The pieces of wood are cut at the ends to ensure a longer lifespan, since wear at the cut is much lower.
Each tile is made according to a design that develops from the artisan's imagination and the availability of the wood.
Each Tagliere requires about a week of work, including the glue-drying times.
It is staged, and each stage requires one day for the glue to cure under pressure.
Each cutting board is unique, and you are lucky to own one.
New, never used.
The only treatment is food-grade mineral oil.
It is advisable to use it also for maintenance, or olive oil as an alternative.
